spring onionscucumberbalsamic vinegarBaby Plum Tomatoes in a Glass Bowlspinach

Ingredients:

  • Raw Spinach Leaves
  • Baby Plum Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Spring Onions
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Combine spinach and baby plum tomatoes in a bowl.
  2. Slice cucumbers and spring onions to the desired size and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar to taste.
  4. Toss all ingredients together in the bowl.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
